    Unfortunately I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I feel things need addressed. If you don’t have items in stock please let customers know this is the case and don’t leave them ‘hanging’ A simple phone call with an update is all that is required. Twice now I have ordered products that I needed for upcoming jobs which have either been very late in delivering or items being part-delivered (still waiting on half my order arriving which I ordered over a month ago) I’ve now had to cancel a job I had booked in due to not having my items. In a day and age where customer service is paramount and quick delivery is expected failing on both accounts on a regular basis isn’t the way to operate a business. Also integrity when it it comes to stock availability should be a moral responsibility to your customers…

    Avoid this company at all costs. Bought karcher spare that broke within 5 mins of use and won’t refund for sub- standard product.

    I would not use Candore Services again. I purchased a bulk order of Nilfisk vacuum bags from them. All of them have split within minutes of fitting them. I have not had an issue with other suppliers. Candor said that they are not interested in trying to sort the issue out and replace them, so I have had to throw them all away so as not to damage the Nilfisk cleaner.

    Excellent service took my Nilfisk pressure washer in with a very short amount of time left on the manufacturer’s warranty. They were straight onto it testing and sending the report off to Nilfisk before the warranty expired I will definitely recommend them

    It's October 2020 & my experience with Candor has been superlative. I believe that it's a family business - it really shows. I needed some help by phone first, & they were great, really attentive (& this was only for the purchase of a single vacuum cleaner - not a big order by any means). Then the entire purchasing & super-prompt delivery experience was fantastic. It's really important to shout about it when you find an outfit as great as these guys (& girls)! Will definitely be back! Edit - I just read the review before mine - & it was indeed a Karl who was so helpful to me on the phone as well. I'd spoken to a lady first too - she was also great. Edit - The lady who has always been so helpful - and continues to be via e-mail too, was a Michelle C.

    Had a problem with a new vac. Contacted Candor Services and they immediately sent out a replacement and arranged collection of the faulty machine at the same time. All done within 48hrs. Brilliant customer service!! So refreshing these days. I would happily deal with again and have no hesitation in highly recommending.

    I don’t normally leave many reviews but I feel it’s only fair in this case. Since setting up my own business Candor Services have been my “go to supplier” for the majority of my needs. Candor helped me pick the ideal equipment for start up, with no pushy sales antics and no selling me irrelevant products. They gave me demonstrations and arranged a free training course for me. I call them for all my needs and they always give me an informative answer when possible, if they aren’t sure they find out and get back to me in a timely manner. I only live a 20 min drive away from their industrial units to always go to collect the products I need. They are always in stock and more than reasonably priced. When I’m not too busy they always offer me a drink while I wait and get a good fuss from both their work dogs Ellie and buddy. I feel Candor Services have always gone above and beyond for me and that they always will do. I will now not look anywhere else for products they supply as I know the service and attention to detail can not be beat. Thanks for everything you’ve all done for me and I look forward to another year of business with you!

    I needed a new belt, filter and base plate for a Sebo vacuum cleaner. After looking on line at a well known parts website and putting all the bits in my virtual basket there, I thought I would have a quick look elsewhere and stumbled across this company. All parts were cheaper than the other site and were genuine Sebo! Items arrived very quickly and had the nice touch of a 'personal' email from the manager. Unfortunately I did order the wrong belt and had put a note saying which belt I needed and to make sure I had ordered the correct one. The note was not seen by the parts/packaging department but a quick email and the company ringing me back ensured the correct one was posted out that day with free next day p&p. The vacuum cleaner is now fixed and works better than ever for a much cheaper price than the other company I used to use. I would use again and most definitely recommend, many thanks.
