Brett worked diligently to find a leak in the central heating pipework under the floorboards and then successfully repaired it. We were very happy with his work.
Can’t recommend Brett enough for finding and fixing my leak in an area we would have never even thought about. My boiler pressure was dropping from 1 to 0 in a few hours so A few weeks ago I had hired a well known leak detection company (POLYGON) paying £900 for them to do a trace and access with a fix, they showed up looked around for half an hour and left refusing to even go up to my boiler as he “didn’t want to climb up ladders” cause it’s not “in his job description” and left with my money to then also be told there is no leak anywhere and to just get a plumber to come service the boiler (for the 4th time) After then spending another 1k on plumbers Brett came along and did everything needed to find this leak and fix it and did an amazing job in doing so. Since then I haven’t had a single issue with my boiler and can finally live in my new home.
Very friendly nice guy however after six days I found the leek in my garage . We were informed there was a leek under the toilet floor . We wouldn’t get a report until we payed £800. Under the floor was bone dry . So was there a leek under there? Our plumber only came in January he had tightened everything up. He had to come back to fasten the bolts on the pipe near the boiler and the radiator that had worked there selves loose . No one else had been in the house . And we certainly didn’t do it
Excellent service. After my boiler stopped working, and my usual gas engineer said there was a leak somewhere in the heating system. He suggested that I get a 'leak specialist', best thing I ever did. Brett was polite, efficient and did what 'it said on the tin'. He used his specialist equipment to find the leak (under floor boards in my case). The culprit pipe was replaced and all up and running again within one morning. It was not cheap, but at least I didn't end up with test holes all over the floors/walls etc. So cost effective.

However, my boiler pressure continued to drop an in the meantime Brett had left to attend to another job. I rang him, and he was more than happy to come if required and gave good advice. Brett arrived at the expected time, was very professional and just got on with the job. He was pleasant to deal with and, when I had to go out for nearly 2 hours while he was working, I had no qualms about leaving him on his own in my house. I live in a house with a 13 radiator heating system. We had a hidden leak under the floorboards which was taking the boiler out of service.
