    Not recommend AT ALL for customer service. This would be zero star for CS as leaving one star is overly generous. This is a “business” that dictates it’s own ridiculous operating hours. Generally opens WAY after regular business hours at 10am and closes WAY before at 3pm (on the days they decide to open at all). The only way a customer can use the services of City Vac is by taking annual leave. You can’t even drop off your item on the way to work nor collect on way home. Owner is completely disinterested in accommodating his customers - the life blood of ANY business. Never experienced rudeness like it. Uncompromising and unaccomdating are euphemisms to describe this place, couldn’t care less how we could collect and pay for our repair was the attitude we experienced. Won’t even take normal accepted payment methods. Cash only. So we couldn’t pay over the phone and collect from a neighbouring business. Vacuums may be repaired to an acceptable standard but boy do they make you pay for it! You certainly don’t pay for customer service that’s for sure! Have since found a vacuum repairer at crystal peaks that charges half the fees AND open normal business hours! Best to avoid this one for your own sanity.
