   I recently had my diamond cut wheels refurbished with RS and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The finish is flawless and the wheels look brand new. The team were professional from start to finish, kept me updated throughout the process, and completed the work on time.    From start to finish, the experience has been amazing. When I first called to book, the lady on the phone was so kind and friendly. She explained that they were fully booked for a month but promised to keep my number on the desk in case of an earlier cancellation. Sure enough, just a few hours later, she called back and got me booked in for the following week. Now onto the work itself, absolute magicians! My rim was badly curbed, and they’ve made it look even better than brand new. The transformation is unbelievable. Honestly, I feel like I’ve robbed myself because now I have to get the other three wheels done. On top of that, their prices are the best around, and they even offer price matching. The staff in the workshop were just as friendly and welcoming as the booking team, which made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend these guys if you want quality work, fair prices, and excellent customer service.

   Had two sets of wheels refurbed here in the past, was really impressed. Recently had RS do a smart repair on a single wheel I’d dropped in the garage. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the repair. Was warned the colour might not match 100% but honestly I cannot find where the repairs were done. Top, top quality. Great communication from the team and prices are very competitive. Wouldn’t take my wheels anywhere else in Sheffield.

   The price is reasonable but the customer service need a lot of work. Dropped my alloys for a refub. Waited an hour in a cold office while the put loaner alloys on (fantastic service), unfortunately the tyres they gave me were bald. I was told it would take 7 working days. My wheels were ready 11 working days later. Arrive to collect my wheels and was sat in a cold office for 1.5 hours with no tea or coffee machine waiting for them to put them on. I had agreed a time with the office the day before and nothing was ready for me.

   First class! I stupidly curbed an alloy on a brand new 72 plate car. Feeling sick, I immediately looked for somewhere to get the wheel repaired or replaced. RD Wheels can recommended from friend. Emailed them with photos of the damage. Had an email back in an hour with recommendations and prices. After phoning for some clarity (I know nothing about cars!) I was booked in the following day. Dropped off and was met with polite professional and friendly people. I left the car with them for the day and returned later. The repair is amazing; the wheel looks new once again and I cannot see any sign of the damage. The price was way lower than I was expecting. All in all using RS Wheels has been an overwhelming joy. I will always return there should (when) I curb a wheel again. Thank you.

   Booked in for all 4 alloys refurbing with a same day turn around. Went to collect them at 5 but was unable to take them home as they were not happy with the finish on one of the alloys. They sorted me out loan wheels as I needed my car back and collected them on the Monday. Couldn't be more happy with the service and the friendly staff bot in office and in the work shop. Great quality for the price paid and couldn't fault them. Would recommend to anyone wanting a refurb.
