A really lovely private experience that we enjoyed as a family. The facilities were clean and tidy. Toilets and showers available. Customer service was great too, booking was easy. No problems at all. Will definitely be going again.
Booked for my daughter's birthday who is SEN, for family to come and for us to enjoy a private and safe atmosphere for her birthday. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Couldn't do enough for us. Clear instructions before our visit and on site. Everyone had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy. Not the first time we have been before and most certainly will be returning. Thanks again our daughter and family loved it!
I went to the pool party and arrived slightly late, yet was charged extra for time, which I still paid. The host’s attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional from start to finish. The facilities were terrible – the changing rooms were tiny, dirty, and completely unhygienic. There were no clear signs showing where the venue was, no proper pathway, and it was extremely slippery with no “wet floor” or caution signs anywhere. It honestly felt unsafe.The decorations were another huge disappointment. What we paid for was not worth it at all – the backdrop looked like it was done by hand, uneven and just ugly, and the second backdrop wasn’t even straight. Music wasn’t working properly
Absolutely brilliant hosts for my daughter’s 12th birthday. Easily booked very reasonably priced. Decorations were on point. Her and her friends had a great time. Defo recommend to anyone thinking of booking it. We had her 1st birthday here so it was nice to come back after 11 years as she is still a water baby.
** APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE ** Pool was fun but would never go back here again and would not recommend. Customer sevice was absolutley appaling . The lady was rude and ignorant. Literally was going to kick us out as we were getting changed as the cleaner was waiting . Very unprofesional and pool was not set up when we got there waited an extra 30 mins just for them to set up . Overall customer service was disgusting and the lady was horrible she needs to sory her attitude out or shes going to be out of business very soon.
Nice and clean privet swimming pool. They make sure that health and safety measures are in place. Also the make sure that the swimming pool is completely private no one can enter. Will come back again. Good for no more than 10 people.
My son loved it. He wanted a pool party but just with his mates. Location is a little difficult to find. It is kind of hidden. But once in the pool it was really good fun especially with the music system. I booked it for 3hrs which, in hindsight is way too much. 2hrs would be perfect.
My partner and I used the pool tonight for the first time! The waters lovely and clean, warm and we couldn't have asked for more. It was amazing to be able to swim. I haven't been in a pool since Covid. Lovely hot shower too! The lady was so lovely and welcoming. An added plus was you can play your own music! We have booked to go back, can't wait!
thank you so much for everything, it was absolutely amazing! we had my friends 21st birthday here and it was really good. We all really enjoyed it whilst having our own privacy and the pool was a warm temperature considering the snow outside. food, lights and music were included and it was a very good night.
