Mark arrived on time replacing my old electric double oven with my new one. There less than an hour, all good. Marvelous job. Would recommend Fixcookers UK every time.

Saved a lot of money and time (although I possibly looked stupid) by calling Fixcookers. He walked me through easy steps to discern the fault, which turned out to be a user error rather than a hardware issue. Oh well! Most importantly, he did this first before thinking about charging me money. A rarity! If anything ever REALLY goes wrong, Fixcooker will get the first call!
My fan oven stopped working and I rang fix cookers after reading the reviews. It was hard not to as they all sounded great . Mark diagnosed it straight away and said he had a replacement element on his van! Amazing. Many times you hear the words ' we will have to order the part'. Not this time. Amazing service. Mark gave me a time he would be here and even messaged me to say he had been delayed and was on his way and gave me an estimated time of arrival , which , I'm pleased to say he met. Withing 2 hours of phoning for help my oven is working again and I am truly grateful. I ticked all of the boxes because Mark met all of the boxes. A remarkable professional, rare to find these days.
