   Nothing but good feedback for both the receptionist and the engineer. People are too quick to throw away a faulty TV nowadays. Take it to PRS! Spending £100 on a repair with a guarantee has saved me forking out £500 for a new telly. Absolute no brainer. Quick turnaround, great price and a cracking bunch of people. I'll definitely be sending my customers here who have a faulty TV.

   Excellent service. Needed a full screen replacement after my Lenovos glass was smashed with a baseball bat . They took the laptop and quoted me £95 for the full screen replacement and installation. Recieved it back today less than a week later and its perfect. They were lovely throughout the process .    Had the TV a few weeks, was told! The part has been sent off and would cost 60 to 90 pound! Waited a week heard nothing! Until phoned in! Then was told its not repairable! Lady said they don’t normally take Panasonic’ but in store had a few Panasonic tvs for parts. So now worries that my Tv has been striped inside. So will be taking it to a professional to get it checked!!
