   A customer asked the lady at the till if they had spiderman carrier bags, she said no. Once the customer left the store, the lady working on the till said to the customer infront of me 'don't be lazy have a look yourself'. The customer sais 'they are all like this', to which the lady working on the till agreed. The original customer was an Asian lady and this just came across as racist. If a customer asks you a question you answer and do not speak about them behind their back. This was so unprofessional. I have tried to contact the store but cant get anywhere with it. This made me feel so uncomfortable and I will not be shopping there again. A customer asked a genuine normal question. So disappointing.

   Although the items appear cheap and a bargain, they are not as the packaging their item comes in is smaller then the original packaging at a higher price. Smart gimmicks that not many notice

   ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THE STAFF HERE TONIGHT!! My wife (whom has cancer and a tumour in her neck) went in there just after 1600 today to buy some chocolate spread, ONLY to be publicly humiliated by the manager and her goon security guard (if you can call him one) he literally forcibly grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and dragged her roughly to the front tills to be told police on way and she is banned as she a shoplifter (which she is not, she has never stolen a thing in her life). This is blatantly a case of profiling and discrimination against the homeless!. Due to this insane situation and unprecedented stress she has now just had a massive seizure as she is an epileptic (triggered by stress and extreme emotional changes)

   Bought a king size duvet. Got it home and it was a single!!!!! Went in and the manager thought that I made the mistake of picking the wrong item. I FOUND the single in there so one of YOUR staff put it in there in the first place!!! Are you really trying to pull the wool over my eyes. If you’re going to mock someone for your mistake don’t do it in front of them. Crappy store with a terrible work ethic.

1. YOU DON'T LIKE HEGEL BUT YOU LIKE KANT ★☆☆☆☆

   It's definetly not B&M's fault, but would be interesting to know who was the HR genius who hired the 2 store individuals who mistreated a returning customer, with no manners and intimidation and false allegations and utter ignorance of Innocent Until Proven Guilty. How unsensitive to bully anyone in the sight of other customers, any professional worthy of the name would ask customer aside and have a quiet word, that's universally known as decent manners. Obviously they didn't worked at any place where that guy is smuggling dozens of expensive DVDs into his jacket and there's no security for miles and you gotta handle it yourself and you don't even use one word or tone of intimidation, you just have the right word and guy drops the stolen-to-be items and gets out and no fuss, job well done... Please shop at B&M, it's a great store, but when entering this store in particular, don't be wary of anyone mugging you or anyone under the influence. Instead put all your money on a lawyer because you'll be harassed by unprofessional individuals accusing you of wrong things you didn't do. 5 stars to super decent cashier lady who didn't say a bad word or had a glance of despise towards foreign older lady being served a blatant hate crime from these 2. Well done. Let's hope she's Polish, maybe Jan Sobieski shows up, and it's not for kielbasa party. There's stores worse than this one but they don't matter to anyone. Long live Civil Rights.

   We went in there to look for Xmas decorations but not for the tree but more so the living room where our tree resides & we didn't find anything that we felt would enhance the room. That's not to say B&M is lacking as it isn't, it has all the usual goodies & bargains too & if like us you have a smaller budget than usual & B&M is one of the shops you can shop at & get a bargain or 3.
