   One of the worst customer service ever. I went to buy some snacks for college and when I was finished, i went to go pay for my things, I said hello to the worker but she completely ignored me and left the counter making me wait. When she came back I gave her my 10 pound note and she said " ugh we don't have any change" so I was like ok I'll just take it back. Then she slamed the desk and opened the money draw, gave me the change and left. This worker completely lied to my face and was extremely mad.

   Poundland I remember when things were a £1 but the selection and quality is certainly more valuable than then. All in all whatever you need they probably have it. Wheelchair accessible ground floor with a spacious layout.

   Huge shop with lots of different stock. This has always been one of the reasons to shop in Dudley. Staff are always friendly here. I have seen them helping people with their bags and taking customers to find what they're looking for. Really nice people. Though Poundland now seems things over a pound, this can be useful for things like headphones.. That are cheaper here than elsewhere and decent quality. Love shopping here for all the little things that add up... Toothpaste, bath toys (my little ones love the bath crayons!), Kitchen cleaners, detergents (ace bleach... Always double the price everywhere else!). If you know what you're after, this is usually a place to have on your list to get some of your list. :)

   Staff followed me around as I had clothing on my pram. The fat manager with glasses asked till staff how they knew me. Totally unprofessional will be making a formall complaint. On another note if ur gonna follow people maybe shed few stone cause ur easy noticeable.

   I presume the man with dark hair wearing jeans and a black top with gazelles is part of management. Very rude shouting at his own staff and expecting her to serve a massive queue on her own whilst also expected to stop a shoplifter? Feel sorry for the people that work there with a manager like that.

   I like this shop but they only have to people to serve you some of the prices have gone up but not the same as on the shelf the staff are very good at what they do very pleasant
