Great customer service and very warm hearted approach whilst entering the store the Manager was very helpful with what I wanted and had a very happy energy which is good for the store Stefan which is the Manager of the Russell hall store he was very nice and I will be shopping they again fanatic happy lovely gentlemen
Shop manager I believe he said his name was Stephen. So charming and helpful, waited for me and even counted out the exact change needed for my shopping

I’m an American visitor using my Visa card, which requires inserting and signing for purchases. Yesterday, I made a purchase and signed with no problem, as I have at many other shops while visiting the UK in the past year and a half! However, today’s experience was very disappointing. The staff refused to let me sign or complete the transaction and didn’t listen to my explanation, or the card reader explicitly stating to sign. I even had my ID to verify my identity where signature was only an alternative. They treated me with disrespect and gave me unfriendly looks. I was forced to leave without buying anything. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here during previous visits, but this incident has left me extremely dissatisfied and disappointed.
This is a new store to me but I'm so glad I found it. I had some of the vouchers you can win and the 2 local spars have turned into One Stop. I was greeted by what I presume was the manager, a gentleman dressed in black. Nice touch, you don't get that in One Stop! Excellent selection of items and even a mini trolley save breaking my shoulder with a basket. Lovely staff and very patient with entering voucher codes. Vapes not in your face when you walk in, discreet the side of the till area. Fresh fruit and veg displayed lovely. I was genuinely shocked and have returned twice already. It's definitely my new local top up shop.
Prices are stupid and service is poor. Standing in a queue for nearly 20 minutes as they had 1 lady on 1 till and that was it. About 8 of us in the queue waiting for near 20 minutes whilst she was trying to deal with a parcel. Then finally get served and get charged 15p for a ripped bag that only holds half of what I bought. Yeah I'll just juggle everything else, thanks. Need more people on the tills the queues are always the same

Staff are good some not soo good but improving hopefully the one lady is kinda rude but hopfully she will improve as a Karen won't do on Russell's Hall eastate the male staff are really helpful and and ready to help good stuff at reasonable prices
Always a good welcome for local residents. Haven't had a bad experience in the 6+ years of visiting. Good choice of products but a bit more expensive on certain items.
