   Frustrating customer service and poor processes. I’ve had a nightmare experience. Their website is practically useless, so every small change has to be chased by email or phone, and I’ve had to repeat the same details multiple times before they were understood. Communication felt curt at times (especially from a representative named Joanne), and price changes weren’t explained clearly until I pushed. For premiums that aren’t cheap, the service feels very cheap. Would not recommend.

   I've had nothing but a nightmare with this company, money was taken for cover, but no documents issued, after calling back and forth more than 5 times and explaining their payment processor would have tracking of it, they finally found it. I had in the interim organised new insurance as it was time sensitive so requested a refund of my funds. A simple action refund through their payment processor would do and direct my funds back to me. I was told they wanted the money to show in their bank account before they refunded. Again very strange practice as this wasn't a BACS payment. They still haven't actioned my refund and keep saying they will speak to their 3rd party processor and refund 'as soon as possible'. Their policy was also £50 more expensive than SB for the same cover. Shop around and be cautious paying money to this company. I'll update should I ever get my money back

I even needed to increase my Public Liability amount for an event mid policy, and it was quickly and easily sorted for only a few pounds extra. Would 100% recommend!
