Find it awful how the close randomly in the day for deliveries. Unfair on elderly and disabled who make the effort to make it to the store to pick up their essentials
Ordered over just eat, only a small order. I was called and they immediately hung up, wasted my time by not answering subsequent returned calls and cancelled the order after adjusting the delivery time over the course of half hour. Waste of time. If travelling out of Birmingham airport I would not recommend. They WILL waste your time. No doubt ill be charged a service fee by just eat for the inconvenience... AVOID!
Excellent shop with some great offers. Went in to buy a drink and ended up spending £30 buying great offers. TGI Friday deals are great at 2 for £8
Yes it's fairly good ,if you can't get to Supermarket.,and it takes evri parcels aswell
So racist , left me in shock . The slim boy was avoiding serving me. Unacceptable behaviour.
1) I shopped here on behalf of someone else and need receipts to claim money back. The blonde old lady threw my receipt in the bin. I asked to get it from the bin. After a half arsed fumage, excused me out of the shop. 2) I bought a promotional meal deal from here. Ginger boy tells me it's not a deal anymore. He accuses me of throwing items at him. After checking CCTV with the ex manageress to prove I didn't, he still worked there for many months after. 3) A family member of mine is banned from entering the store due to her obviously mentally disabled daughter knocking her over accidentally.
Great shop very friendly staff very helpful great selection use this shop on a regular basis always have a laff they no how to treat there customers.
This store is a bit on the small side and so doesn't stock a large amount of items but its ok for your everyday items.
Lovely and lively staff. Always finding offers at the store which makes it even better.
