They explained everything to us before they left and gave us full confidence in our new boiler.    Fantastic service from start to finish. I spoke with Matt and booked our annual bolier service, he was extremely helpful and accommodating. Billy arrived to carry out the service, what an absolute gent, really polite and explained everything, he was extremely helpful with a number of questions I had. We were sceptical about using a different company, I'm so glad we did, can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks again to Billy who removed any concerns we had.

   Twice now we have had Billy out to our home to help us fit a brand-new bespoke radiator and also rectify the absolute nightmare of a hive system that we had. And replace it with Tado Billy‘s friendly and knowledgeable approach instantly put with ease in knowing everything was going to be sorted he communicated incredibly well with us always making sure we knew exactly what was happening with our home not only would I highly recommend this company but if you can get Billy to do the work you’re onto a winner We are now for the first time in three years living in a heated home with no fault.    Had a replacement boiler fitted by Jack and Billy today, what a smashing couple of blokes, very friendly, professional and you could tell they were happy in their work, an asset to the firm. From my initial correspondence with the company to the end result all has been positive. I’m going to have the boiler serviced every year by them to ensure my 10 year parts and labour guarantee continues. If you need a new/replacement boiler go with this company you will not be disappointed.

   We had a great experience with this company. Billy came out to us on two occasions to fix an issue with our boiler - the first visit he was able to get us back up and running with heating and hot water which was much appreciated and the second visit he was able to install a permanent fix.    Billy and Matt just installed a new boiler. They recommended Ideal with a 12 year warranty. They turned up on time within a week of providing a very good quote. they removed the old boiler, installed the new one, flushed the radiators, added inhibitor, installed new halo wireless thermostats and checked everything was working ok in the space of 5 hours. They removed all the rubbish and left a very tidy finish. I would definitely recommend them

   Absolutely cannot fault them. A pair of lovely guys! After a disastrous week with the oven breaking, we ordered a new one and Matt came to fit it. Completed within less than an hour, moved the old one outside for us, just general lovely guys. Sent us a text before they arrived with tracking so we knew when they would be here.
