   It was that time of year when my Marin San quentin 3 needed a service and some upgrades? Now I always use these guys at the The bike expert in Rotherham. A few days later (as planned) my bike was ready. New tryes, saddle,grips and new crank plus service.    Amazing service! I took my Felt carbon road bike into Expert Bike Repair after suffering from grinding sounds when pedaling hard on a 120 mile training ride. Mark, the owner, immediately set to work and called me back just an hour later to let me know to pop down. Whilst it was much better, it wasn't perfect and with a 200 mile Charity Ride a week later, I didnt want to risk it. My bottom bracket had an odd design and the OEM couldn't supply a replacement so Mark kindly called around some specialist firms to find a bottom bracket that would do the job. He found one and placed the order but despite chasing multiple times and paying up front, it had not arrived 30 hours before I needed it. In the end it turned up 12 hours before the ride and Mark fitted it. Bike was sorted. It was then up to me to ride from Doncaster to London in aid of the Samaritans and Ride4Life.com. The bike was flawless and repair cost was very good value. Sorted sticking disc brakes too. Massive THANKS to Mark for brilliant customer service. Best regards Richard

   Tried these guys for the first time, was impressed by the polite professional service they provided. Forget about the large bike stores they don’t have time for most people unless your buying a bike. Did I mention you don’t need an overdraft with these prices . They are more than fair.
