Derek fitted two new radiators for us. It was a difficult job due to the flooring but he did a fab job and they look great. Really friendly and efficient service, cleaned up after, quick to reply to emails, and even gave me some tips on the boiler etc!
Right from our initial contact, Derek provided and excellent service. He was polite and friendly, clean and tidy and the work was completed to the highest standard. The repair suggested was the cheapest appropriate option, not the most profitable. Despite the high quality of the work and the professionalism the price was surprisingly reasonable. Next time I need to call a plumber, I know who I'll be calling!
Derek, came out yesterday (02/12/24) to power flush system and fit 2 new radiators. Could not have been happier with the service provided. Derek was punctual, polite, explained what he was doing and the standard of work was first class. The price charged was extremely good value. If you need a plumber would 100% recommend Derek
Derek came out to fix my mum's broken stop tap and did a great job! She was really happy with the work and how professional Derek was throughout. He gave genuine advice on other work - suggesting cheaper solutions rather than bidding for the work for himself. The stop tap had been a problem for a while and another plumber had tried to fix it but broke it all together and said it was too complicated! A tricky job but not too tricky for DJC Plumbing! Definitely recommend
I had an old radiator removed and a new one fitted. The job was done swiftly and to a really high standard. Derek is really friendly and professional. I am really happy with the service and feel his quotes are definitely good value for money!
