It’s not a buy and sell store. They turn up their nose at you if you’re going in to sell an item to them. They don’t want to spend money buying off anyone because they don’t sell enough products. Better off going West Brom or Bearwood

Boyfriend had never been to handsworth before as he's from Wales, was in the the area because of me, he wanted to have a browse of the shops local. that's when he was threatened randomly by a couple men and he went back into the shop asking for help and asked even though they were shutting if he could stay there for a couple minutes. The staff member refused and said that they were closing and got my partner out of the shop. I work in a similar - ish industry and would never kick out someone who was seeking help and safe. Granted this was maybe 6ish month but it's the first time he's disclosed this to me
Traded items in twice before both came back damaged. Ps4 CONTROLER was missing completely he replaced it with a faulty one! 500 pound laptop came back scratched

amazing got my xbox one from there great deals best store ever wish i could go back but i moved from birmingham to nottingham would go back for visits my family always shopped the for the best tech deals
Great shop.only problem is there's always some hobos asking you for cash as you go in or come out.and area full of drunks on benches out the front.police do nothing..needs sorting.otherwise a great shop to buy from.friendly. I rate it 10.clean the area up POLICE..
