   If I could leave no stars I would, this store is an abismal joke. They took my friends ps5 from her ex partner, police got involved an the shop stated that if she could get the police to pick it up it would be returned to her. Once she had the proof (obvs the ex played games was a gift yada yada .. really wasnt) and the police were willing to go pick it up the store then informed her they would only give it back to her if she paid for it to be released .. but she gained no money from it being in the shop, was her that brought it but she should have to pay for the non sencial actions of one of their patrons .. is the store that hard up, i get times are hard but damn. So now, living in Coventry they expect her to trust an ex partner with £200 or travel there with a young child just to appease their egos ... clearly ...

Management are always smiling and helpful would reccomend using this store as questions are always answered with honesty my experience has always been very good. Staff and management always remember customers names are always happy to help out

   This shop used to be great but sadly it’s now gone terrible. Went in there last week and the attitude from staff was disgusting. One person was looking at the teles and needed some help, but the worker said he was busy and just walked straight past her. The woman working on the buy and sell bit had bad manners. Used to be a great shop with friendly staff and now I never want to step foot back in there.

   Yes a very good shop .Good staff Sam's a star to name just one member. Will highly recommend this branch in Erdinghton. They are very helpful and have a good attitude for buying and selling .May one say keep up the good work Always have new stock in big range of technology items .Found that you can buy even latest products like Samsung flip phones .That's me next purchase can put on layby and pay it off within a month excellent .

   Worst store told me to go in and out the shop 5 times for my ps4 to be fixed gave me dates but never gave my console and now i still dont have it back worst store do not reccomend please dont buy anything here

   Ordered a camera online from this store. I was messaged a few days later to be advised they had lost the box for the item and asked if I still wanted it. I agreed to still have the item. 10 days later after initial purchase I recieved a refund for the item with no explanation as to why I will not receive it. Disappointed.
