I found the staff wonderful, except for one person by the name of paul, I think he's the manager apsalutly no people skills, and to be honest I found him to be rood on more than one occasion when I wasg my tablet
I've purchased items from this store dozens of times over the past couple of years. The staff have always been friendly and willing to help. They often have a wide range of stock varying from games consoles, power tools, TVs, audio equipment & jewellery. In my recent purchase, Elisha went above and beyond to fulfil my requests, showing me alternative stock that they had so I could find the best condition, always smiling and keen to chat. Chloe has also been excellent in resolving a warranty replacement. Would recommend to anyone looking for tech at an affordable price (it's better for the environment too).
I was impressed at the level of customer service I received when I visited the Tamworth store, the staff were very friendly and super attentive to me and my families needs. We were all dressed quite well as we has just left a local Christian meeting, I don't know if that was a factor, but impressive non the less.
Ordered a bunch of video games online from this branch and called to ask if they were able to combine the postage to save on costs. Both people I spoke to were really polite & helpful and the items were dispatched promptly. Would have no hesitation ordering from them again!

Applied for manager job. 2 interviews including CEO. Too advanced was the reason not to employ me. I wanted to change opening and closing times (CEO said work ethic is our company value...these guys just throw words about to sound good, I said 9.30am to 5pm is terrible work ethics, you are losing people who work 9-5 and use Saturdays for family days out etc) 8.30am to 6pm is my work ethic. Add Up sales on phones and consoles (gel casing/temper glass & rechargeable batteries for controllers) Also to employ an on site repair guy will generate more income (plus can buy broken/faulty items too....) and to make the store look more organised. The CEO seemed a guy to take on these ideas as his own ideas, from his work ethics and not doing the above, he clearly isn't suited to be CEO, how can anyone be too advanced to improve a business???
I came in today as, pretty much, a last resort on my bass bundle...no luck with online sale or friends/family. So I came into the Tamworth store today and got a price for it all, which I could've got more from, but didn't really have much of a choice and was served by Jack...very friendly and a great member of staff, blew his mind with a wireless guitar system haha. Great service, cheers Jack.
I have brought a few things from this shop and also sold my gold here just recently. Becky always has a smile and is always very helpful and polite. Lovely, welcoming kind staff.
Absolutely amazing staff, work hard and very respective towards the customers an will help you with anything you need. Becky and Rob an great staff an a great example to the other members of staff an the public. Customer service is great their.
