   AVOID THIS SHOP. This was not my first choice shop however the shop I normally go to was closed as the technician was on holiday. I have an iPhone XS Max the problem being the back was cracked and the front screen didn’t work.So I gave my phone in and asked what the problem was as my phone wasn’t working at all. The guy that was working there had suggested changing the screen to see if it works with a new screen. This is a quick process however had me waiting for over an hour. The new screen did work with a but I also needed the back to be fixed and I was told 2 days so me waiting an hour was pointless. Over a week went past and I went to ask what’s taking so long and was told the phone is fixed but the wrong phone was sent back rather then mine. A couple of days later I went back and then was told that at the start of the process I was told that it would take this amount of time to which at the point I had said if my phone is not done by tomorrow I am not paying you. I did get a message the next day saying my phone was done so I went to collect it and the screen was a bit laggy so I put the money back in my pocket as I was not paying if my phone was not in a good condition. I then suggested I’ll pay but I want guarantee if something goes wrong with the screen so then he will fix it free of charge as I am paying to get my phone fixed. The guy aggressively refused and then locked the shop door and gave numerous threats to me and my brother saying that we are frauds and he knows what we are trying to do which confused me at first. He then carried on to speak in an aggressive manner and wasn’t letting out the other customers in the shop. This is because he thought I was going to run away I then stood to the side with my brother to show that we did not have any intention on running away so he can let the customers out which he did. Then after started mentioning how he makes his money halal and accusing me of not which aggravated me and I found very insulted so I confronted him about it to which he then carried on speaking aggressively so I pushed him he then went and grabbed a mic and ran towards me and my brother then pushed him away. Luckily the brother from upstairs had come down as he has heard a lot of commotion and then had helped sort it all out but I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST GOING THERE and can gladly say I will not be going back. Terrible shop and terrible service

   I would definitely recommend this phone shop. Friendly customer service and very helpful. The brother fixed my samsung galaxy A21S LCD screen. Fixed very quickly. If anyone has any phone problems i would definitley reccomed going to this shop.
