Andy fixed our Worcester bosch boiler which was having issues firing up. Initial call out diagnosed the problem and then during the 2nd call out, a replacement part was installed and the boiler is now working fine. Overall, Andy was very professional, punctual and I would highly recommend his services. Many thanks !
my mum had her new boiler fitted by Andy and was very impressed that he turned up on time and did an excellent job . he installed the boiler quickly,set up her timer etc and also left her no mess to clean up. Andy has serviced mums boiler for many years and always given her excellent treatment
We needed to update the boiler at our community centre. We were advised by our maintenance man that it would be a concise job as it appeared that the heating / water was running on different systems with a confusing large amount of pipework in the loft. Andy Mitchell from Homeglow came over to survey & within minutes had worked out the system which he explained in detail. We were given a fixed price & a time schedule which we thought was very reasonable. The installation was done far ahead of schedule & the heating / water system was converted into one simple system. After the works, all debris was taken away & there was no evidence at all that majors work had taken place. Andy & Gary who did the work was obviously very experienced & professional & I would highly recommend their services.
Andy did an excellent job on our gas central heating system when he fitted a new pump to the system. He gave good advice on how to use the system & we have been a lot warmer since. We shall use Homeglow again for the annual gas service & if we need a new gas boiler. Family members also use the company & we all find Andy a friendly, professional, clean & tidy worker.
Andy came gave my boiler its yearly service. Andy had advice where needed, checked all areas and for a great price.all of this done with social distancing measures in place. The key piece for me is having someone who you can trust and Andy is definitely that. Andy has done work for my parents over the years and made sure sure there systems have been safe, even when others had done the work. He always goes beyond to help
