   Mark at Insomnia IT Systems was a godsend. I was having problems with my internet. I work from home and my office is at the bottom of the garden. Internet is provided by a bridge system and router. I deliver training sessions on Zoom and Teams. However 20 minutes into a session I would be kicked out and would struggle to re join. I had to re locate to my dinning room to continue the sessions. It was not ideal and my husband had to tip toe round when I was working. He could not have a radio on or boil a kettle!!! Help was needed. Mark came and spent time trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Through his patience, persistence and dedication I now have an amazing new bridge system and the price was very fair and reasonable. He stayed in contact with me when equipment needed to be ordered and he always replied promptly to emails and messages I sent. He has been an absolute star and a true gentleman. I would not hesitate to recommend him. He deserves the five stars. A huge thank you Mark.

   My old PC hard drive (dared 2004) was getting noisy & slower to start..found Mark's company website..reviews excellent so decided to call him..he came to check it over & found lots of problems making potential repair time uneconomical..we discussed various options....replacement..Non Gaming "Home" Laptops, PC's & specifications etc..We've decided to go for a PC and will be in touch with Mark to proceed..Excellent Service!! Update : Mark built us a new PC, transferred files etc from the old one to this one & has just installed & set it up for us then explained how it operated advising he was on hand to advise/sought any future queries I/we might have. What a difference in performance..in fact everything so a big THANK YOU to Mark from a very happy customer..

   Mark is the man to have around. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always finds solutions and always getting me out of trouble - even when I've created the problem. Very responsive - on my screen or visits. I recommend his services very highly. From ad hoc calls when I started but now on a yearly contract, which is better. You'll find Mark is a good - down to earth, very practical, a man who spells SERVICE in capital letters.

   I have found Mark to be absolutely brilliant when helping us out with various different IT-related issues. He's clearly very good at his job - we've always been very happy, and clearly many others are when you read the other excellent reviews. It's reassuring to know he is also trusted by larger organizations including the police. I've always found Mark to be very thorough, and despite his busy schedule, he has never rushed conversations, taking time to clearly explain things. He's polite and professional and no matter the issue, I have always been made to feel a valued customer. I'm careful not to rush in to leaving reviews just in case somebody has a bad experience but with Mark I can quite confidently say you will receive a 5-star level of service.

   Mark is on time, polite, knowledgeable and unobtrusive. A great first time repair and will def use again. I'm very happy with the clear, concise information & the thorough checking and problem solving he did on my laptop that's getting a bit challenged & causing problems. I got info how I can manage for now, & what to upgrade to, & how he can assist me with my connected hardware in future too. Far more comprehensive that taking your device to a shop & then collecting to get a brief "it's fixed" result, Mark explained lots to me to help me manage the issues so I can better manage the issues myself too.    Had Mark to look at a gaming pc that was getting blue screen errors. After some initial checks he quickly knew he had to take it away to be able to run intensive diagnostic tests against it. It could have been memory, motherboard, graphics card, etc. All of this time and effort was included in the initial 1hr call out fee. Issue was memory and he replaced and upgraded to our request. Very, very happy with the service, and would recommend to anyone
