   Booked a visit for an engineer to come and look at our range cooker as oven clock was faulty which caused one of the ovens not to function in January. More expensive because of dual fuel, but covered for return visit within 3 months. Engineer (Luke) came insisted that because it was a dual fuel range he had to check for Carbon Monoxide even though we had only just, 2 months previously had a full gas check on all our gas appliances. Messed about with the buttons on clock then said we needed a new clock and would order one. After over a month we heard back from him - part was obsolete so we asked him if it could be overrided so that the oven could be used - yes. But no response after that when we told him we wanted it overiding. He ignored numerous phone calls/messages left and texts. Even my wife tried on her phone and left tx and messages still no response. Got someone else out who removed front panel on oven and it was just a loose wire! Wont use them again.

   After three weeks of trying we still have not had anyone to mend our oven. Very angry indeed. Domestic and General have taken money under false pretences.
