    Front windscreen repair booked on 27th February. Having read the notes on the email confirmation it was obvious I needed a new windscreen. I called the Chesterfield number on the email as I was asked to do. The lady I spoke to advised she would order the glass for the same appointment time. Technician arrived this afternoon 10th March with no glass! Technician and Bjorn the manager from Chesterfield were both polite when Iexpressed my dissatisfaction to them and blamed call centre staff. My insurance company has allowed me to use Auto Glass as I cannot wait another 10 days, the crack is getting longer every day.

    I am so impressed with the customer service I've just experienced here. I had a problem with a leaking windscreen seal on a windscreen fitted by a different company. Spire fixed it for me at very short notice on a Saturday. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, flexible and friendly. I will be using them for any car glazing jobs I have in the future and will be recommending them to everyone.
