Nipped in today to get help with my parcel and of the boys was super helpful I think his name was Moe not too sure, but the shop was really clean and I received excellent service xx

I have two One Stop shops near me and this is my least favourite to visit. The place is way too small for what they've squeezed into it. Feels claustrophobic as the aisles are too narrow. Customers are squeezing past each other. The staff are not as friendly here compared to the One Stop on Damson Lane. One of the staff members here still wears a face shield and disposable gloves. I have no idea why as the pandemic is long over. I don't know what she believes she's protecting herself from but it feels a bit odd. I will stick with using the Damson Lane One Stop as I prefer it overall.

One of the staff members who is an African lady that is always wearing plastic gloves and a full face visor every time I come in doesn't even acknowledge or talk to customers or even make eye contact. It's very awkward and uncomfortable, and a little bit bizarre as you don't always know if she's serving you or not, or if the card reader is ready or how much it costs etc. The rest of the staff are friendly and polite, but this lady (above) seems to work here a lot. She needs proper training and also to be told that COVID is long over so the ridiculous face visor is no longer required.

Very friendly staff polite, however as for work ethic it seems abit too relaxed. fridges during this blistering heat empty consecutive for 3 days I've gone to pick a case of beer but yet for 3days they sat on the pallet. You would think to increase income and meet consumer demand the fridge would be the first place to start, especially in peak hit season fridges should be main focus but sorry utterly dessapointed with the gaff

This is a great local convenience store! I enjoy shopping here for my everyday needs - though sometimes my items are not in stock however that is not a fault of one stop. The staff are super friendly & helpful- it is always a pleasure to see them. The shop is clean & tidy which is always appreciated!

Really enjoy visiting both before and after work staff are always friendly and extremely helpful and the lady doing the morning shift always has my footy and cricket magazines ready for me which is a lovely touch and adds to the great overall experience

Whenever I go into this shop the boys on the counter are rude, on their phones and it’s very unpleasant. Once I asked for a bag and they refused me because they said I could carry my two large bottles of pop and my groceries myself without a bag which quite frankly I find disgusting.
