Staff are a little guarded at first, I kind of felt I was doing something wrong. I brought gold with cash maybe that was why, charged me 2% to buy with money, how crazy is that.

Absolute RIP off never go to this place they charge you 10 percent extra for paying cash, 1 kruegerand 34 gram cost nearly £1600. The south African guy is a fraud he tries anything to make you pay more, and he counted my money out of my line of sight and said it was twenty pound short.and I counted it several times before.
