   Should not be allowed to sell steam gift cards if they are not aware of the process. Now it's up to me to try to rectify their mistake, by contacting Steam or Head office.

   Went to the store today for a basket full of items. Seen that they are now doing self serve tills I asked if they had a serving till? yes. so waited to be served. A man eventually turned up, not very pleasant, said he had got to come all the way downstairs just to serve me? Shall shop elsewhere in future, he can stay upstairs then.

   Decent store with the usual range of items you'd expect from Poundland. The aisles are generally tidy but occasionally you'll see a basket someone's abandoned or random items on the shelves not put back in the right place. Staff seem friendly enough and there's always plenty of stock.

   They are super mean I wanted a refund and I was in the store they weren't giving a refund they have been super rude they have been super mean they said "Come out come out scardy cat!" That was one of them but the rest have been rude they shouted I had a headache cause of them
