Standing in que to pay for items. Chap, a store assistant almost knocked me over. Was in no rush so why? Not one word of apology. What a rude young man. Doing this to a 73 year old womenis qiite frankly unacceptable. He needs to be retrained and use MANNERS. Shame majority of staff are so nice. Put me off using this store.
Friendly staff, always clean and stocked up. Everything seems to be in a different location everytime I visit lol
Always a bargain to be had here. The shop was well stocked and very clean, and the staff were helpful.
Used to be great and would go in every time we passed but changed to furniture only so don't bother anymore. Update. Changed back to what it was before and is good again. Changed from 1 star to 5. Standard b&m.
A nice shop to look around and get ideas for your home, just a pity it changed from an ordinary B&M store.
While we just went for a look, & didn't make a purchase it's quite surprising what you can actually buy in B&M. The shop was very tidy & seemed spotless so well done to all the staff.
Now selling only home and garden. Essentially a smaller Wilkos home dept. Nice enough products but don't see how it will hold up. The whole point of going to B&M was to get food, cleaning products, pet stuff, kids stuff, medicines etc. under one roof. Weird move but hope I'm wrong, Halesowen can't afford another empty store.
Used to like going here but noticed most of the shelves were empty a few weeks ago. This has now turned into a B&M Home store and so no longer stock sweets, food, household cleaning products, medicines or toys. This explains why the shelves were empty
I visit this store every week or so. It's well laid out and I've never felt that it was too crowded to enjoy walking round and browsing. Always buy more than I went in for and plenty bargain lines. Clean and well stocked and checkout staff are friendly and efficient.
