    Ian responded very promptly - the same day when our TV suddenly started showing a blank/black screen whilst still broadcasting sound. He diagnosed the problem immediately and took our large 55" LG TV away and returned it just two days later in complete working order with a new backlight kit. The price £120 stayed the same and was a faction of the cost of anew TV. He was far quicker and cheaper than the national and regional competition.

    came out and looked at the television then never came back . . he did seem to rely on what other "tv repair men" were putting up on a forum and because they were not posting that they had repaired my particular problems on the model of tv i had, He seemed to be at a loss. I could not say he was a bad repair man because i did not see him fix anything, And to be fair mine is a newer model led tv. this is just the experience i had.
