Very friendly and helpful staff! I popped in for a collection and it was a really smooth process from start to finish and didn’t take more than a few minutes. Will be very glad to use this Argos again!

I came today and was queuing up in the ‘orders online’ queue. Julia said there’s not a queue for that anymore it’s all one queue. Very annoyed.
Light years ahead of Merry Hills Customer service, polite, friendly and attentive. There needs to be a staff and management change at Merry Hill as I honestly feel like it is probably driving sales down at that branch.

Customer service skills was awful staff just standing around talking waited 5 mins to be served there was no customers in a que will never use the blackheath argos again!
Care more about profits than customer satisfaction. Be careful about what you're buying because if you change your mind you won't be able to get a refund or exchange for something else. From now on I'll be buying my products from a shop where I can see what I'm buying instead of getting it home and realising it's not what I'm looking for and being told by a stroppy sales assistant that I won't be getting my money back!!!
Where do we begin ordered a black laptop got home its silver even though it clearly states on the order Black. No cash sales hard to believe our currency is turned away now days. Anyway last you will see of me cash is king no cash no buisness
Poor show. if your disabled as I am you still have to stand in a queue that can be twice / three times round the disabled car park. Except the disabled car park is shut for disabled parking. They make no provision for disabled at the moment. Mothers and children yes but disabled you have to take your chance and join the end of the queue which can take some time.Only one star as you can't give it none.
I'd just like to say, whenever I buy from Argos, they get it right. The items are correct, waiting to collect does not take long, deliveries are on time, easy to use, no problems. Not like other other companies I have shopped with. Well done to the Argos staff!
