   Rude staff, poor service always being overcharged. The tickets say one price the staff charge another, always check your receipt ( that you have to ask for as they never give you one) also check that your change is correct

   Closed before stated closing time with staff ignoring me and hiding behind the shelves as I waited at the door and then switched off the lights. When asked why they closed early was met with rudeness and aggression. Issues with staff knowledge on Evri. Seems I'm not alone after reading some of the other reviews. Used to be good but will avoid this place in future.

   Visited this shop as i had to return a parcel. I required some help as i didn't know where/how to scan my label. Asked the young lady with glasses Who was stood behind the till for some assistance. Working in retail myself i was absolutely disgusted by her response she was rude not interested in helping me. She is a absolute joke to the shop.. and a let down to all the other staff who work there.

   Expensive prices, poor layout of the shop and ignorant, rude staff who seem to act like it's a chore to serve you. Elderly blonde woman who has served me a few times in the mornings on weekdays seems to make it her mission to ruin the rest of my day!!!! Started using the one stop in Hawbush now - it's a lot better!

   The staff were always pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately they are not all the same now and it's even noticed. I popped in today 20/9 around 10:30 am. The two blonde ladies were so rude it made me consider returning here. I don't always enjoy my job but that is not the fault of the customer. I always reply pleasantly if I'm spoken to!
