   Went to this store today to buy a baking tray aswell as other items. At the till, which is now self service so you are doing the cashiers job which you don't get paid for, the baking tray would not go through the system ie it scanned the price but when placed on packing area it said 'not valid'. After two attempts by staff it would still not go through the system so they took it to another member of staff who scanned it and said "it's not for sale in this area" l then said so "why are they stacked on the shelves with prices and bar codes on?" The response was "well we wouldn't know until someone tried to buy one" Come on Poundland no wonder you are losing money and having to shut branches.

   Good place to shop for cheaper brand price toiletries .but unfortunately. Pound land does not live up to its name any more ad most item's are priced at over a pound..better name suited would be Pound's Land.. How ever still is a good place for unusual limited items .been searching for a suitable flask for my cold beverages and luckily found one remaining flask on sale.... Well worth visiting ad you never know what items you will find for your home...

   Even though cost of living is still rising faster than the speed of light, they manage to keep a lot of prices cost effective. The only problem is there seems to be less staff in the stores, is that the way they are managing to do it, if so, I'm afraid I will take my business somewhere else.
