    It won't accept evri parcel saying it's too big i think evri parcel should sort this out with this shop. They can not deny the parcel. I won't go to this shop again.

    staff member jaz is rude and trys have had issues with him in past about his customer service. All other members of team are helpful and polite. Have heard same problem about jaz from other customers when I have left store.

    At The post office inside there is always an excuse for why he don't want to serve you.total waste of time going in and the aisles are full of stock and royal mail bags dangerous and not accessible for disabled people

    Every single time I used this store the post office section the man says to me you need a new card it's not working. I repeatedly tell him its his machine but he won't agree or have it looked at. I use the same card in 2 other post offices. Before & after visiting here. Personally if you don't have customer service or the service being offered does not work and you can't afford or do 't want to pay to get it looked into then stop advertising the service and close that section. I will not use this store again as its frustrating and unprofessional. I will also be reporting the store to the post office customer service as iv since discovered it's not just me.
