Very poor service at this store. Told they do not sell items which they in-fact do. Then when bought to their attention, very dismissive without an apology.
The staff at this shop stand about outside smoking ALOT during the day and enjoy slagging people off very vulnerable people like homeless and the elderly people who pick fag ends up off the bin top or floor they laugh at these people the minute they look embarrassed and uncomfortable quite disgusting for people there age and it shouldn't be allowed to carry on especially with those elderly folks
The staffs in this store always making feel uncomfortable, last week i sent more than £50 and still making fun of me. i shop here regularly, its better i go somewhere else now. HOME BARGAINS HAS BETTER VALUE AND BETTER QUALITY.
Called Poundland but lots of items costing £1 that people, including myself, took for granted are now higher e.g £1.50 or £2 and some are higher still. Granted it's not down to those branch and they should change the name as Home bargains is better value. The antibacterial hand soap is £1 but there's not much in there.

Now the pandemic is more a thing of general significance, the shop seems back to the usual poundland reliable standards. Good choice of baskets and much of the stock is consistent and easy to find. Just hope they can open the other doors at some point.

Wednesbury Well poundland is the trade mark of the company it has pep and co now they sell clothes you can buy more stuff from this company it should be rebranded slightly due to the other products they sell which isn't the same as it was once was of cause there stuff that's is still a £ plus there so many products that are over £s there not much to say but we all know Poundland they sell pound overs but we know it brand
