When we transitioned from NHS to private you helped us so much which made it easier for the practice and staff members as it took some stress away. Even now you are just a phone call away when we need a question answering or just information.    We have recently introduced practice plan to our practice. Our practice manager dealt with most of it, but we had training with our rep Emma and the whole team came away really excited about introducing it. The portal was really easy to use and Emma was really knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.

   Sarah has been a constant source of support and positivity from our first meeting right through to going live with practice plan at our practice. She is always on hand to provide any advice and support and makes sure things get done. The on-boarding team have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish along with the team that has been enlisted to provide correspondence to our patients.    I love practice plan. I've been a client for nearly 20 years and have had consistently excellent service. The support given is generous and skilled, and the add on extras like the training days, marketing collateral and consultancy are extremely helpful. My own contacts, Josie to start with then Donna more recently are so knowledgeable, and great fun to boot. Highly recommend them. If I ever retire I intend to try to blag a job with PP as I suspect they're a wonderful company to work for.

   Not worth it. When you consider appointments get cancelled by dentist or re arranged you are lucky to get 1 appointment per year. Also didn't get an appointment for over 12 months due to COVID but payments were still taken! Stick to pay as you go

   I'm not happy that I didnt get a check up or hygienist appointment during covid which means I lost nearly £100. Other companies provided refunds so why didn't you. Saying I was covered for World wide treatment when no-one could go abroad. Ridiculous. The only reason I have stayed on the plan is because I am happy with the dental practice.

   We have used Practice Plan as our dental plan administrator since 2005. The fact that we have stayed with them over this time speaks for itself in our thoughts towards their service and quality. The whole team have been consistent in the service being provided, which has been paramount for us. We have formed a very good relationship with many of the team, particularly Suki Singh & Nigel Jones, and would have no hesitation in recommending them. On a sidetone, I have also been very impressed with their ongoing updates regarding COVID-19, with numerous online seminars from key speakers and regular updates.

   Really not amused that Practice Plan cannot change my direct debit to the 1st of the month in line with all my other payments. Fob me off with some story about them being a third party collector. Well go up the ladder of authority and ask whoever IS in charge to change it then. Will be getting my dental surgery to complain too. This is positively medieval in this day and age and needs to be sorted asap regardless of the feeble excuse. Instead of just responding to 5 star reviews; how about actually doing something positive that rectifies customer complaints...
