I came here a little while ago to buy a bouquet for a friend’s engagement. I had no idea which flowers to choose, but the lady who helped me (I think her name was Afra) was so friendly and helpful. She showed me a range of different bouquets and helped me to select the perfect one. My friend absolutely loved the flowers and was very happy with them. I’ll definitely be coming again the service was immaculate.
I ordered a wedding bouquet for Friday 16th December 2022, I discussed the colours and briefly the flowers, then I left the rest to the Staff and I was bowled over with my beautiful bouquet. Which was complimented on by our guests and the freshness of the flowers were still apparent for nearly a week later. Thank You.

Watch your money with these rob dogs I brought flowers today for a friend the price on them said £30 he charged me £35 my fault I didn't check I paid by card and left, won't go there again though lesson learnt
Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service. Needed a confetti balloon today, the girl doing it didnt have a clue what she was doing! Dropped more than half confetti and the other 2 staff didnt even bother helping! Would not come here again! Walked out after wasting so much of my time. Better to go card factory across the road for balloons, gifts & cards! Atleast you get better customer service! Then you wonder why local shops are going out out of businesss!! Visited shop 24/12/2021
