Had an amazing experience here. I came in to get something special for my nephew’s party, and not only was the service prompt, but every request I had was welcomed with genuine kindness. I was on foot that day and honestly couldn’t manage carrying everything. The sister immediately offered to arrange delivery, which I truly appreciated. They even went the extra mile by carefully inserting the gifts inside the balloon just the way I imagined. It turned out perfect. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the whole experience so much easier and really memorable.
Absolutely delighted with the last-minute bouquet i had ordered. Despite the short notice, the flowers were fresh, beautifully put together. The arrangement looked even better than I expected — elegant, vibrant, and clearly made with care. Will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience! Went in for a hamper and the lovely assistant Naz delivered beautifully (even though they were supposed to be closed ). Will deffo be going back had to leave a review as Naz was too great in getting what we needed.
Placed an order online for my child's 18th birthday to be delivered - everything was great apart from all 3 bouquets as the decorations were nothing like the picture on the website. Seemed like it was rushed, especially as I was paying £40 each for 2 chocolate bouquets and £35 for the flower bouquet. Moreover, the bouquets were unstable as they were not covered when the driver gave them to me - what if the chocolates fell apart? I placed my order over 3 days before the delivery date, so that should have been enough time to prepare everything, however the standard of the bouquets didn't live up to my expectations because I had ordered a deluxe bouquets but it didn't seem like a deluxe bouquets as there were no ribbons, bows or decorations as shown in the website, suggesting that it was rushed and last minute. Would I order again? Not online.
