The lady who dealt with me was named Chris, very helpful and she did a lovely pillow for me . I had ordered it for a Thursday morning, then I rang her on the Tuesday and asked if she could do it any earlier as we were going to Suffolk for the funeral and needed to make a earlier start. Chris said no problem and told me she would have it ready for collection on the Wednesday afternoon.
We ordered flowers for my Mums funeral and they were absolutely beautiful. Fantastic staff and a very friendly and professional service.
