   Nice flowers, good selection and quality. Giving 4 stars overall because the service was not great when I visited. I am not from Birmingham and popped in as I was visiting a friend. I wish there was the option to get the flowers I chose made into a bouquet by a professional, I would have paid a bit extra. No one offered to help me or was interested when I tried to get help. I would go again because the shop is huge and there’s a bunch of crafty stuff they sell too that I would love to browse properly next time.

   Ethos has been an amazing florist to work with when ordering internationally! They were quick, affordable, and accommodating with our requests. Thank you so very much for the beautiful order, and in helping our family to share our love and respects with the beautiful red and white rose bouquet from afar. We will be ordering every year from Ethos to commemorate our beloved Ozzy.

   Ordered a bouquet of white lillie's and a few white roses as a gift. Initially the result was exactly what I asked for and the bouquet was put together beautifully. The lillies were closed as expected but once blossomed they were pink not white. I watched the sales assistant write down my order in store and she specified white, so I have no clue why the end product was not what I ordered, hence the 3 stars.

   I have ordered from Ethos flowers twice and both bouquets have been gorgeous. The second time I ordered I emailed Ethos to see if I could request flowers that were suitable for an home with a cat. Vicki was very professional and helpful with my query. I placed my order and the flowers were delivered on the same day and they are beautiful. Thank you so much!
