    Staff themselves are friendly enough but it's a health and safety nightmare. There was boxes all over the floor near the till point and the ladies toilet was absolutely disgusting. (My boyfriend said that the men's was just as bad as the ladies) It smelt like urine, the floor was soaked and the toilet roll was just dumped in the corner in it's plastic bag. I wouldn't recommend this place if you need the loo just hold it for a while if you can.

    Disgusting services. Came here about 4am, got myself a coffee and sausage roll, guy behind counter was cleaning his ears while serving me - toilet had no toilet paper so I asked if he could give me some to replace and he just said ‘no’, so couldn’t use services and instead left.

    The announcment over the tanoy says you will be amazed at what we have to offer, well I was amazed but for the wrong reasons the customer toilets are really dirty and really smelly and the staff just didn't seem to care that a mother and child had to use the facilities in such a state

    I go to the Gregg's here every Saturday and Sunday on my lunch break. The staff are lovely and food is always fresh and tasty.

    24 hours apparently, so why do you randomly tell people your closed for ten minutes at 21:45. Awful service!! No help when i asked if he new of a petrol station near by

    Supposed to be 24 hour but you get told to leave the sop when you’ve already entered because its “closed for 10 minutes” for some random reason. It’s 8:35PM and people have places to be and need fuel before getting on the motorway. Avoid avoid avoid
