   I went in for a big shop, I had to get some products for someone else. I had a long list, I came across Carol who I can’t thank enough for going through the list with me and helping me get everything that I needed. That day I was in a rush and wasn’t feeling too great so that help was very much needed and appreciated. She went over and beyond, she’s an asset to the company. Thank you Carol from the make up aisle.

   They need to update their opening and closing times. Online it says 6:00pm, so I thought I’ll go there at 5:30pm. I was shocked when I went and seen the shutters closed and a lady stood by the door saying no more customers, all I needed to do was collect a parcel for my son’s birthday. Appalling.

   Love shopping here for cosmetics, toiletries, fragrances etc. The brilliant part especially, is the convenience of The Perfume Shop inside the store. Served today, by a lovely, cheery, very polite, helpful and lovely young lady, named Veena. Thank you, Veena ! Top class customer service with a big smile everytime. See you next time

   One certain member of staff in here needs sacking , shes very judgemental watching like a hawk as soon as u step foot in the shop and rude as hell , ive seen someone else write the same review of this said member of staff. Ive also seen ppl are welcomed at the door , in the many years ive shopped here ive never expirienced that helpfulness, i see it must be a selected few who get this treatment. Im at a point of avoiding using this store because your made to feel like a criminal soon as u step foot in there by a said staff member

   I absolutley love coming to this shop, Carol is always there to greet you with a basket, and to offer and help if needed Carol and her collegue keep the shop floor spotless! There are so professional and a true asset to the Company As for the staff member Zobia at the checkouts, she needs some serious training. Zobia ripped a customers bag at the checkouts, and when the customer politely put her items into a replacement t bag, Zobia threatened the customer that if she did not pay another 10p that she would get her arrested. I saw the lady in the street once she left the shop, she was in floods of tears as she was so scared she was going to be arrested, I think the poor lady suffered from mental health as she said she hadnt been out in 3 months and just wanted to try and make the effort.. Its played on my mind since... I hope the lady is okay bless her

   Chose next day store collection at Walsall. 5days later still no email to say I can collect items. No way to contact Superdrug unless signed up to social media (which I'm not). Calling store results in an automated message saying they won't answer the phone and I can't leave a message. Tried to use my partner's Twitter to contact customer services but they seem to think a Twitter handle is proof of identity and won't talk to me, because his Twitter handle doesn't match my name. I wonder how many Twitter handles match users names... Am now trying to cancel the order via email.

   A staff member in here was rude to my son for touching the eye shadow and saying he is messing the display up. Wouldn’t mind but I was purchasing make -up and to be honest so what he messed your self up he’s 5 and she could have easily tidied it up again. She also spoke to me like I was thick and explained what he had done what an I meant to do shout at him it’s stressful enough shopping with kids.

   I went into superdrug yesterday with 2 friends from my college. And one of the staffs attitudes where disgusting. I understand, what we did wasnt good because one of my friends forgot to put there mask on but before telling us she stood there watching us and talking about us to other staff members through her head piece. And when she told my friend to put a mask on her attitude suprised me, "see that mask in your hand, put it on". I cant believe someone would treat there costumers like that, especially when I'm always in the shop and she knows I come there alot, so disappointed, I ended up turning around and walking straight out because I dont like when people are negative to others especially when its costumers. I would rather travel to Birmingham then go back there and get treated badly.
