   Service - rude - When I asked why do we only get 5 flowers in £15 arrangement (very different to the bouquet from 3 weeks ago) one being a pink rose that was brown around the petal edges - replied loud and defensive on the phone “well I’m not a supermarket and it’s not dead it only came in today” referring to the pink rose. Whole tone was very aggressive, was rude on the phone earlier in the day on ordering, I understand people have “off” days, however, when paying for a service, you do not expect such rude communication and then receive a substandard bouquet. The flowers were purchased in sympathy following the loss of a very friend, which the florist was made aware, empathy, quality and value for money is clearly not a strong point for Kingstanding Florists, shall avoid in future.

   As a florist myselft, ringing another florist is always hard. As i lived out of the area I had to do so. I chose this florist, and I wasnt disappionted with the service I received. I ordered flowers Sat afternoon, shop was about to close, but the owner made sure they went out within a few hours of ordering.    Upset the wife by forgetting our anniversary (In the dog house). I was close to Kingstanding area, read the shops reviews, which were impressive, explained to Vev what happened, she made a cracking bouquet up, well impressed, Mrs loved them. Must admit I don't buy my Mrs flowers enough, I will now.

   Flowers ordered for my Uncle’s funeral on 4 March were beautifully arranged, much admired and exceeded expectations. My Aunt particularly wanted long stem blooms that we could arrange on the memorials of other close family members following the ceremony. Some were kept to be dried and more than a week later are still in bloom. Really lovely flowers, helpful florist and great interpretation of requirements. Additionally, flowers ordered from Kingstanding Florists by other mourners were equally beautiful with some lovely unusual blooms. Thanks very much for your care and attention at this very difficult time.

   Lovely lady but was disappointed with what I purchased yesterday. Asked for a pastel bunch and there was a great selection of flowers at the shop but the lady gave me this and said you couldn't get more pastel than that. She could have added peaches rather than just all pink and there were barely any flowers. £20 for this bunch when I could get much more for £10 at M&S
