I used the pharmacy services on the 26/4 - service was very good and saved me going to the doctors.
This is the worst boots I’ve ever come across, not only do they have a small product stock compared to others, it’s the worst staff too. I had to return 3 times to purchase a small bag of items because they change the boots cards and student discount procedures so often I can’t keep up and I refuse to pay full price for those items. I’ve been in plenty of times each time I get told a new student discount procedure (UNiDAYS, student card needed, boots card only, SHOW PROOF FROM UNI WEBSITE) absolutely despicable, each staff member says a different thing each time; when I mentioned this today (extremely light heartedly considering it took me 2 hours to get my goods) to the employee behind the counter, she rolled her eyes and pulled a face to the customer behind me. Whoever was on counter at 4:20pm 23/08/2024 because I would like this to be an official complaint, younger girl, 20-25yo and wore quite a bit of makeup, extreamly rude and unprofessional, made me feel uncomfortable like the £80 I just spend wasn’t appreciated. I’m going to start travelling to Superdrug in Redditch from now on. A real change needs to be made. No wonder the high street has been going down hill when the bigger company’s like boots give the high street this reputation, nobody wants to return! I feel for the small businesses who pay the price.

We visited the Bromsgrove branch of Boots today and received excellent customer service. We were served by Sarah on the beauty counter and she was really helpful. She had an excellent knowledge of the products and spent time helping us to get what we needed. We were really impressed.
Boots have been my favourite shop and being using the same store for many years, the staff are helpful with friendly professional manner.

Small therefore not a lot of products and also dummy cartons for a £11 moisturiser, takes up waiting time at cashier. Superdrug is far better.
All the shop staff are super friendly and helpful. Always buy my toiletries from here and if I can't get something then I can just order it next day delivery. Always my go to boots.
