From London, I threw lots of questions over the phone over numerous days and I was met with complete professionalism and kindness each time.    I cannot thank Buttercup and Daisies for the beautiful flowers they did for my mums funeral. I sent them pictures of colours and what I wanted incorporated into the flowers for top of coffin and the design I wanted for the gates of heaven. They went above and beyond. They did everything how I wanted them and the same style when they did my dad’s funeral flowers 2 -1/2 years ago. They delivered on time. Most of all from living overseas they still took the time for me and corresponded with me and talking over the phone aswell as carrying out exactly what I wanted till I was back in the uk. The team are amazing helpful and respectful in meeting my needs and especially creating beautiful wreaths of fresh beautiful flower which many people on both occasion’s commented. Thank you team for your respect, kindness and care when it is an emotional time.    Myself and my son visited Buttercups & Daisies today for a poppy wreath to display before his football game. Unfortunately we wasnt able to get a wreath, however we managed to get a stunning poppy display instead. My son absolutely loved being able to help make the display and couldnt be more proud of it. I cannot thank you enough for helping us at such short notice and for allowing my son to help. We are truly grateful for everything!! It'll be proudly displayed in the morning for remembrance Sunday at his football match!

   I ordered some flowers this afternoon which were delivered promptly, thank you. However the photo I received from the recipitent did not appear to show the "florist deluxe choice hand tied bouquet" for £54.99 that I was hoping to see. Instead it was more "garage forecourt deluxe chrysanthemum bouquet", which I could have picked up from a supermarket for around £12.00. I understand the cost of flowers and everything has gone up recently, but this was more than diassapointing to send someone who has just been hospitalised. Very dissapointing, overpriced flowers. Please do not purchase this bouquet. The one star is for prompt delivery.
