   I needed some flowers as a treat for the good lady. The place is small but charming and welcoming. Upon arrival I was greeted by a helpful lady who instantly made me feel at ease. The selection of various stock arrangements is excellent and the extra touches I requested were wonderfully catered for. The arrangement, when delivered, on time, was big and vibrant with obviously fresh flowers. All of my requirements were surpassed for the £50 that I spent. I would recommend this place to anyone local who is looking for great value.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the flowers looked fabulous. I can highly recommend this florist, professional, reasonably priced and prepared to go over and beyond at a sad time in our family after the loss. Thanks Amy will definitely recommend you.

   Went to collect funeral flowers this morning as arrange only to find out someone had cancelled my order on facebook. As l don't do facebook was shocked. Amy and her staff managed to do my order in 20 minutes as l had to travel to Crewe for the funeral. Fantastic service will only go there for all my flowers Thanks.

   Would never recommend this place. Gave two weeks notice to have flowers made for funeral Amy said I could pick up at 9 or she would meet at the school gates. Turned up at 8.45 at shop to it not being open waited until 9 and rang Amy, she never answered tried again at 9.10 still not answer. Finally Amy comes to open up with a cocky attitude that we agreed 9.30 I explained I told her I had to go other side of Birmingham We agreed 9. She then told me the flowers I ordered wasn’t in stock so I’d have to have yellow roses instead of blue and if I waited 15-20 minutes I could have them. She’s slagged me off over Facebook. If she couldn’t deliver the goods she should of just said. All I needed was flowers the day of the funeral I don’t appreciate being spoken to the way I was today. Warning for others don’t ever get anything from here!!
