Very punctual and great communication throughout the time of booking to the date required. Every detail matched my vision on how I wanted the backdrop & table clusters to be, it was just put together perfectly. I would highly recommend Smethwick Balloons & Flowers. The service is very good, very professional, and detailed work, they have done what I did ask in a very short period of time and gave notice on the same day for the availability, and still were willing to deliver the service!    Small shops but they do seem to offer everything you need with regards to balloon arrangements. The balloons i bought didn't fair very well. The weights were small balloons filled with water and the numbers didn't sit level with one another. Bit of a let down especially for the photos etc but that's probably the product itself rather than anything they did.
