   An incredible service from Sonia and all at Riya Florist. I called her in an emergency, during a storm, needing 2 bouquets delivered within 2 hours. She arranged the bouquets and the delivery was made within 45 minutes!! They were beautiful arrangements and I can't thank them enough. Thank you so much Sonia and all at Riya. Would recommend to anyone 100%.

   This is the best florist local to me in West Bromwich. Sonya (Riyas florists) did my grandmothers funeral flowers and she was so helpful to us into making a selection that was cost effective and beautiful. She delivered the flowers to the directors a day prior and we was blown away when we saw them. I went to see the flowers at the memorial gardens a few days later and they were still in tact. Her communication was excellent(sending images to confirm colours etc), prices competitive and she was sympathetic and helpful during a hard time. I have had flowers off her before for other occasions and they have always been unique and lasted a long time. Thank-you Sonya.

   Where can I start.. absolutely amazing I honestly can’t put into words how beautiful the flowers are my partner said she never seen such beautiful flowers I ordered flowers to be delivered the delivery was on time great service amazing business such a nice person to speak to any help I needed she was more than happy to help me and also give advice and the price was so great I will not order flowers anywhere else now only from here I recommend anyone to order so amazing great job beautiful flowers and a great person to order from she does such a amazing job puts so much effort and care into them to make them beautiful i would recommend everyone to order I really would absolutely beautiful

   Beautiful arrangements for all occasions. Very quick delivery too, along with fantastic customer service. All the little touches you get from an independent business that you don't always get from the established florists on the high streets. Would also add that Sonia kept up these same high standards and professionalism during the difficulties of the pandemic.
