   Jess was absolutely great with our wedding flowers for the church. Everything was planned last minute but she still did it for us. We ordered the flowers 2 weeks before. They were so so beautiful. A week before the wedding i was desperate for a new bouquet after I was let down by a silk flower one I had ordered online. I sent Jess pictures of what I had in mind for the bouquet and what type of flowers I wanted. Brilliant service.

   never had the chance to experience their service due to an utterly shocking approach to customer service by the owner, despite offering delivery service for their products was curt and abusive and certainly not the kind of experience you would expect from someone trying to run a business in the current economic climate, would have happily made the round trip to collect items if delivery wasnt an option but for a business owner to advertise a delivery option for their products then become abusive when you ask them for a quotation for delivery because your "miles away" beggars belief. if you only wish to deliver locally why not state that? rather than be a beligerant abusive bully over messenger when someone enquires.

   Can I say jess is one special florist, always there to help. She does anything I want when I need something different. She has never let me down with my arrangements they have always been beautiful. The team work hard to look after their customers. I highly recommend this florist.

   This florist has some very good products statues, flowers etc but their customer service and just generally how they run the business is quite poor. If you can take the products with you then you shouldn’t have a problem, but pay for next day delivery and you’ll probably end up fetching your money back. The way they run the delivery service is terrible and they cant get the products to you, they end up phoning you and telling you that they have to deliver another day because their driver is “stuck in traffic and won’t get back until late so can’t deliver today”. Not impressed at all.

   I haven't brought any flowers from snapdragons as such, but their display outside the shop of various statues is impressive. At the moment there are statues of star wars, Disney cartoon character's, animals. They sell garden plants and Bird feeders etc.
