   DISGUSTED! My husband ordered a dozen roses for Valentines day. What I received were 11 roses of poor quality.... obviously someone cannot count as when I went to school a dozen meant 12. I called to raise my complaint with the florist, they are only interested in getting your money. They charged my husband £50 for this poor bouquet. They even tried to deny they had done the bouquet, even though my bank statement states their name and the card on the flowers also confirms they were the florist! They kept asking where they were delivered too, even though I had told them on numerous occasions that they had been collected by my husband.... they did not want to listen. They were supposed to be sending me a link so I could forward a photograph, what a surprise the link never arrived! Please don't waste your money going here. There are plenty of florists who provide an excellent customer service and quality flowers.

   Being overseas Admire Flowers really helped in making the whole process of ordering flowers for the funeral of someone dear and close to us sooo simple and easy. The service, communication and delivery was absolutely fantastic. The message we required was a little long for the card size but Adnire catered for us and were able to write our whole message on a larger card. Thankyou sooo much.

   I cannot sing Admire’s praises enough!!! I’m in America and wanted to surprise my friend with a bouquet to congratulate her on her first official music release. I reached out to Admire and they made the process so easy, even from the US. I was very thankful I was able to put through PayPal to make it easy. I’ve attached photos because they did such a beautiful job. All I told them was that her favorite flowers were sunflowers, lilies, and peonies and that her favorite colors were yellow and pink. I gave them my budget and asked them to make it as large as possible while being able to be carried easily by one person while walking home. The little bee they added was such a nice unexpected surprise. They far exceeded my expectations and my friend loved them!! I also appreciated that they asked for (and actually verified at pick up) a code word for my friend that picked them up for me. She said the woman she spoke to was lovely, as well. I will absolutely be a repeat customer! Thank you again!!!
