   I wanted something a bit different for my Dad's funeral. He didn't really see the point of flowers - they're terribly expensive and you can't eat them, so the fruit and vegetable wreath seemed more appropriate for him. I was asked if there was anything specific I'd like included and requested there should be an apple and orange as that was what he started his days with. I also asked if it could be possible for the wreath to be taken apart afterwards and used. Both my parents hated waste. I was told that they would do their best. Obviously fruit and veg are heavy and some items would need to be wired to secure them to the base. The wreath was absolutely beautiful. I don't think the shops online image does it justice. It was perfect, and next day my sister-in-law sent me images of their dinner, using most of the vegetables from the wreath. They reckon about 99% of it was eaten. Dad would have loved it. Thank you so much..xxx

   EDIT: Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY amazing. As soon as I posted this review, I was greeted with an email informing me that I could pick up a replacement bouquet. This bouquet looked exactly like the image and when received I was extremely happy. I am happy with how fast they created the flowers, I ordered on the same day and they were prepared by the time I had arrived. However I am extremely disappointed with how they look, the flowers look like they’re dying and they’re not at all similar to the photo I saw when ordered. It is not worth £37 as the flowers are so dull compared to the photo. Additionally, some petals are browning, when I expect a hand made bouquet to be fresh and full of life (not at all). I am extremely disappointed with the quality, especially as the water was wrapped in a plastic bag, so the stems were only dipped. Wasn’t nice at all. Just appeared cheap and not worth the £37. I even had to take the fliers out of the box due to the water leaking out, absolutely unhappy.

   We’ve used Billinghams Florist on a few occasions now and have never been disappointed. They have a lovely shop on the High Street. Flawless customer service and delivery. We highly recommend them. UPDATE: 10/01/2025 - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Another lovely bouquet of flowers delivered (on time even in sub zero temperatures) by Alister, who was very polite and helpful. Thank you.

   Had flowers ordered by someone to me via interflora and this particular florist prepared the bouquets on both occasions, I can only say that it really is fresh and highest quality flowers they use. My roses lasted over 7 days too, absolutely beautiful!! Second time the roses were a lot smaller than the first bouquet I had, but non the less very very beautiful!!

   Wonderful service! This was a long distance order from Scotland, but all concerns/needs were seen to in a professional way. The flowers were delivered at the time agreed and my Daughter loves them - she said how gorgeous they smelled! I'll definitely use them again - when ordering from afar, you need the reassurance that you're dealing with honest, professional people, and Billinghams do just that! Thankyou again Sophie!
