Well what can I say everytime I've been into the walsall branch the staff have always been very helpfull friendly and knowledgeable and attentive we used to to our windsor branch who I always thought was ace service but the girls in walsall branch absolutely lovely and helpful
I would like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to shop in Holland & Barrett. I particularly wanted some advise on what to buy for a personal matter. I was quickly looked after by a lovely lady called Sara who went above and beyond to help me, I could not have wished for better service. Absolutely 10/10 for customer service, a credit to Holland & Barrett.
Unprofessional behaviour. The workers were discussing people they had interviewed. They were saying negative things like, as soon as they walked through the door I knew and discussing what the person was wearing etc. I don't want to shop where the workers are not being very nice! I was here Tuesday 22nd October, early morning.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from June. She advised very well and sympathetically listened to my concerns. Thank you June.

No where near enough vegan foods stocked as every time we go in there is practically nothing left. The absolutely gorgeous porkless pies have been discontinued which is a real shame as many people loved these. Also it's very expensive.
Plenty of products on offer, some help and advice if required. Pitty its almost by two products to get a reasonble deal, I.E buy one get one free almost? Why not reduce price and get more footfall?
Great place for organic and vegan foods. Vitamins and ointments and drinks. Oils and pills. I used to buy their Xmas pudding before I had diabetes and now even fruit is high in sugar so I have to do with out. I have brought Purdies vitamin health drink and other supplements over the years and I still visit our nearest store occasionally nowadays.
